1. How many tasks (dots) are given each day?
One new task is made available every day. This helps children focus deeply on a single challenge and give it their full attention.
2. When does the new task become available? Can more than one task be done in a day?
A new task unlocks every day at 12:00 AM.
We recommend completing one task per day, as this supports thoughtful learning and sustainable progress. However, if preferred, children can complete more than one task in a single day.
3. Can a task be skipped without completing it? (How does “Skip the Dot” work?)
Yes, each task can be skipped using the “Skip the Dot” feature. However, frequent use is discouraged, as skipping may affect how future tasks are selected and personalized by the system.
4. If my child responds late, will they still receive feedback?
Yes. Regardless of when the task is completed, the system provides a personalized written feedback and a fair score. Timing does not impact the quality of the feedback.
5. Can we go back and view previous tasks and answers?
Yes. All completed tasks are stored in the History section. You can filter tasks by date or category and view the child’s original response, feedback, and score.
6. How are answers submitted—by voice, drawing, or writing?
Each task clearly states how the answer should be submitted.
Voice answers are recorded directly in the app.
Drawing responses are made on paper, then photographed and uploaded.
Written answers are also written by hand on paper and uploaded by taking a clear photo.
We encourage physical creation to support motor skills and deeper engagement.
7. Are tasks different for each age group?
Yes. Tasks are tailored to three main age groups:
5–6 years, 7–9 years, and 10–13 years.
The language, content, and complexity are all adapted to suit developmental stages.
8. Are tasks presented in foreign languages? Will my child understand them?
Tasks appear in the language selected for the app (e.g., English, Turkish, Spanish). There is no foreign language requirement, and the task language is age-appropriate and easy to understand.
9. What if we misunderstood the task? Can we correct or redo it?
Once a task is submitted, it cannot be edited or resubmitted. However, children receive a new task the next day, offering a fresh opportunity to improve. Feedback will still reflect effort and intention.
10. Can I, as a parent, help with the task?
Parental support is welcomed—but balance is key.
You may:
Help your child understand the instructions
Ask guiding questions or give gentle encouragement
However, the response should be the child’s own. This ensures that progress and feedback reflect real, authentic growth.
