1. Can I add more than one child to my account?

Yes. You can create multiple child profiles under a single parent account. Each child’s tasks and progress are tracked separately.


2. Can more than one parent use the app?

Currently, the system only supports a single parent account per family. However, multi-parent access is planned for future versions.


3. Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account at any time. When an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently erased from our system. Upon request, your data can be emailed to you before deletion.


4. Are my personal details and data kept private?

Yes. All personal data is encrypted and stored securely. No user information is shared with third parties under any circumstances.


5. Are voice recordings stored on your servers?

No. Voice answers are only used in real time. After being transcribed into text, all audio files are automatically deleted. No recordings are saved or stored.


6. If I switch devices, will my data be lost?

No. As long as you log in with your account, all child profiles, task history, and progress data will remain intact and accessible from the new device.


7. Can other users see my parent information?

No. Your profile and personal details are completely private and not visible to other users. Only you have access to your account information.


8. Can I request complete deletion of all data?

Yes. Upon request, all personal and child-related data can be permanently removed from the system. If desired, a full copy of the data can be emailed to you before deletion is finalized.
